Role: Product Support Engineer
Job Description:

Interface with customers over phone, email, whatsApp for Technical Assistance and Support

Manage and Track issues reported by customers using defect tracking tools

Manage and monitor customers’ expectations.

Support in product production rollout processes (Assemble/Test and shipments)
-
Install, support and configure solutions remotely or in field for end users.

Support in bug fixes and implement product enhancement procedures and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile:

1+ years of experience in Product Technical support

Conceptual knowledge and experience in electronics components and circuits
-
Basic knowledge in Networking and communications

Good knowledge and understanding about embedded systems and IOT modules

Have hands on experience in defect tracking tools and systems
-
Preferable to have programming exposure in C/C++, Java & Python
-
Possess good soft skills (oral/written communication in English (Hindi optional))

Should be flexible in handling out of business hours support

Should show intention in growing own product knowledge, in breadth and depth
Role: IOT Developer
Job Description:

Embedded software development/maintenance in Esp32, NodeMCU, Ardunio and Raspberry pi etc.,

Work on latest communication technologies (LORA, BLE, Zigbee etc.,)

Integration with MQTT & IOT Cloud platforms

Circuit schematic drawing and basic PCB designing

Understanding the components from datasheets and selection of best components for the PCB designing
Desired Candidate Profile:

1+ yrs of experience in Embedded systems software development

Strong programming skills in MicroPython, C/C++ in Linux

Basic knowledge in Networking and communications

Desirable to have knowledge and exposure in Mobile App development

Basic knowledge of hardware design & troubleshooting is required

Hands on experience with interfacing various on-chip and off-chip peripherals like LCD displays, keypads, UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, timers, interrupts, GPIO etc.

Experience in Firmware testing, debugging, documentation & troubleshooting of the C code on the target hardware

Motivated and desire to learn new technologies

Good problem solving skills
